This machine consists of four parts.

First part is the mixer. The rubber powder will be mixed in the mixer on the left and through the screw to the tank.And then rubber powder will be devulcanized in the tank then go to the cooling system (cooling screw), then come out the finished devulcanized rubber powder. And the air pollution and water pollution is collected by the pollution collector as you see on the picture the two silvery two tanks.

Applications:

The machine is mainly used for devulcanize the rubber powder mixing with some chemicals.the devulcanized rubber powder is used for making reclaimed rubber.

It broke through the atmospheric temperature plastic crafts, intelligent control and other technical difficulties,

realizing the combination with the latest and traditional technology,which makes our country’s reclaimed rubber industry entered into a new era of clean manufacture,

furthermore, it helps change the people’s previous philosophy of bad production environment of reclaimed rubber industry.
